Mounting bayonet flange for automotive LED lamps

My friend purchased two LED lamps specifically designed for dipped-beam headlights but somehow ended up with only one base. To resolve this issue, I carefully measured the original part shown in the photo on the right side and created a new part using PETG black material. Miraculously, it was a complete success from the very first try, with dimensions fitting perfectly every time.
