Mounting Base Scottoiler eSystem

I am a loyal user of the Scottoiler eSystem, an automated system designed to lubricate my motorcycle's chain and sprockets with precision. However, my installation was placed on the left handlebar using the standard mounting bracket. This setup generally works well under normal circumstances but unfortunately not in combination with my tank bag! In tight turns when maneuvering the bike, the display unit frequently collides into the bag... Not an ideal foundation for a long product lifespan, I thought. So, I decided to come up with an alternative mounting assembly and here's my solution. The platform for the display and the clamps for the handlebar were easily created - but finding the right swivel required several iterations to determine which one would suit my bike best. 1) This design is specifically intended for a Suzuki V-Strom: other motorcycles may have different handlebar diameters, so adjust accordingly. 2) The handlebar clamp #2 features a thin neoprene rubber sheet to increase friction on the handlebar. 3) Tolerances are targeted at my printer and settings - make adjustments as needed. 4) I believe the swivel #3 will suit my bike best; however, I've included the other two versions in case someone might find them useful. 5) Parts are configured for metric bolts and nuts - adjust as necessary. You'll find the STEP source files included to allow any of the above-mentioned changes should they be required.
