Mounting adapter for Fysetc Spider v2.2 and Pi Zero 2 W

<p>This is an adapter that fits onto the standoffs on an E5 pixie enclosure box, and allow snap-in mounting of a Fysetc Spider board. It has cable guides:</p><ul><li>e.g. endstops and such can be run on the left side below the guide</li><li>power in and bed and heater outputs have a guide in front and can be fixed by using a small (3 mm wide, 1 mm thick) cable tie</li><li>Stepper driver cables can be wired on the right side under the guide there</li><li>There are two additional slots on the right to run cables to and from the Pi Zero 2W (and potentially other auxiliaries)</li></ul>
