I fabricated a mount for my mountain bike headlight, positioning the light beam precisely and freeing up valuable space on the handlebar. This design attaches directly under the bike stem, held firmly in place by a sturdy rubber band. View the accompanying photos to grasp the concept and learn from it. Crafted from ABS aluminum filament with no raft and strategically placed supports for the overhanging portion and holes, this creation should also perform well with PLA filament.
