Producing the required parts will take several days, using multiple printers is recommended.Filed CAD is accessible through OnShapeIn order for the fasteners to correctly thread and bite into the 3d printed parts, low tolerance is required. Test screwing #6-32 fasteners into your first prints before producing too many parts. If the fit is too tight or too loose, look into adjusting your printer's XY Size Compensation setting.PLA or PETG is recommended. 10% infill is acceptable for all parts except the boundary screws.
