This 3D model was originally created using Sketchup 8 before being converted into multiple formats. The native format remains .skp, while the 3dsmax scene utilizes 3ds Max 2016 with rendering enabled through Vray 3.00. Last summer, I explored numerous houses including this one, where a couple of artists currently reside. Hazy smoke obscured my view from the deck. Although similar, the current model differs significantly from its predecessor; its foundation now extends all the way up to the roof, and buttresses have been added for structural support. Internal changes also distinguish this model, as warmth is provided solely through woodstoves. The basement has been transformed into a studio for the resident artists. Furthermore, log stairs lead to a loft area, while a separate garage adds additional space to the structure. A major issue affects the house: the removal of collar ties from the trusses caused the roof to sag, prompting my suggestion to install truss rods for repair. Despite any impending personal challenges, I have formulated a game plan and remain determined to tackle them head-on. In the words of a renowned individual, "I'll be back."
