This 3D model originated within Sketchup 8, whereupon it was subsequently converted into various other 3D formats. Its native format resides in .skp, while a corresponding scene is constructed utilizing 3ds Max 2016 and rendered through Vray 3.00. It seems I'm wrapping up this particular creation. The house in question lies within a gated community situated some 25 miles northeast of my current location, adjacent to a mining town founded in the early 1800s. Due to municipal ordinances, new constructions must maintain a consistent aesthetic with that of the original town establishment. Accessible via a short, rough dirt path, this property boasts two prior owners since its construction commenced during the 1970s. The garage, relocated for convenience, now serves as a connection to the main dwelling via an interior breezeway. Characteristic pine panelling lines the interior, while exterior cedar siding complements the home's natural charm. Through the principal room windows, vistas seemingly stretch indefinitely; nonetheless, smoke emanating from regional wildfires rendered long-distance visibility limited at best. Additional property features include a separate two-car garage equipped with laundry facilities and a studio apartment situated above. A tall smoke stack was required due to severe winter snowfall, necessitating the structure's height. I extend sincere gratitude to Paul for providing these appliances.
