Please consider joining our Tribe Mountain giants are often employed as guards or enslaved by mighty wizards to watch their castles and towers and to guard them from intruders or thieves. Unfortunately, this brutes are less than disciplined, and prone to overeating and bouts of drunkenness. Since providing them with enough strong liquor and meat is frequently the only way to keep them in the service, their worth as guardians is debatable. Even the free mountain giants who engage in raids on human settlements often get killed by questing knights while in drunken stupor after celebrating their victory and consuming much of their loot and captured prisoners.
