Mountain Bike Handle Bar Plug

Total overkill, but why not…I printed this with PLA.  Hardware is a M5x30 hex screw, with M5 nut.  Might be able to get away with M5x25, but I didn't have any.  The plug is to fit a handle bar with a 19mm ID. I printed the “Bottom” or inside plug with the oval face down on the print bed.  Since this is the part that slides on wedge of the “top” or outer plug I figured this would give the best finish. I used supports for the bolt head recess on the “top”, but I forgot to add them on one of my test parts and it came out fine, so you can probably get away without supports.
