Mountain bike front suspension MTB Fork Repair. The fork was measured at 25.2, but with 25.2mm was just too tight to go in even. So I designed and print tested several sizes until found a fit. And afterwards I found my left fork had more wear due to this part was shattered to pieces. So I am attaching a most loose fit hole diameter 26mm, loose 25.61mm, a middle fit 25.60mm and tight fit 25.59mm. ( Left shock was very worn and settled with hole at 25.61mm ) I settled using 26mm on the left, and 25.61mm on the right. Do print the TEST pieces and test fit your fork to measure your fork wear for best fit. The test print rings a re a bit short, so you should extend them in height for a more accurate measure.
