Mountain Bike Dropper Post Lever
thingiverse
I designed this dropper post Lever for my OneUp dropper post to match up with a SRAM drivetrain. This is the third iteration of the design and the first that has been uploaded here. FEATURES: - Based on scan data of SRAM shifters for a perfectly matched feel with a 1-by drivetrain. - Uses "Matchmaker X" mounting system. Mount it via a printed clamp band or mount it directly to the brake lever. - Cable is clamped at lever body (end ferrules at seatpost) - rotates around a customized "Emmett gear bearing, https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:53451)" integrated into lever body print - Lever print can be printed with integrated textured paddle grip - Printable in PLA but ideally printed from stronger filament. See print settings for more. - Almost entirely 3D printed! BILL OF MATERIALS: (should be available at any hardware store), Mcmaster Carr link for reference - One/two stainless steel M5 x 25mm machine screws for clamp band (https://www.mcmaster.com/91292A129/) - One stainless steel M3 x 6mm SOCKET HEAD screw for cable clamp (https://www.mcmaster.com/91292A111/) - 1 stainless steel M3 locknut for cable clamp (https://www.mcmaster.com/93625A100/)
