We manufacture bashguards for mountain bikes with a 140mm outer diameter and designed specifically to fit Shimano SLX crankshafts, weighing approximately 44 grams in ABS material. Although the bashguard itself might seem pretty uniform across different products, it's highly recommended that you do some research on your particular crankshaft model to ensure compatibility. You may also need to do a little filing job to get the bashguard to fit perfectly depending on how accurate your 3D printer settings are. Notably, the bashguard is 8mm thick so it will require longer chainring bolts - I find that 12.5mm ones should do the trick but personally prefer running 16mm with spacers as that's what was locally available to me.
