Mountable Raspberry Pi 3 Case
thingiverse
The design is a straightforward Raspberry Pi 3 case that attaches to a flat surface using four screws. The lid fits snugly into the base without any additional fasteners. This project was created because I couldn't find a suitable mounting solution for my official case on my custom-built 3D printer enclosure. Currently, I'm using a Raspberry Pi 3 with Octoprint to control my Creality CR-10. **UPDATE:** The final STL files are now available online. The case was printed in PLA and ABS plastics, with a 15% infill rate. I recommend increasing the infill percentage to 20-30% for better results with PLA. Please note that the print quality may appear rough due to imperfect bed leveling and subpar PLA material. However, this is a minor issue. The images displayed are of a PLA-printed case, which was created at a layer height of 0.28mm. You can experiment with printing at lower layer heights for added strength in thinner parts, such as the USB Type-A connectors.
