I designed a mounting plate for the Pololu step-down (buck) converter. They utilize the same PCB for a wide range of converters. It appears that part numbers fall within D24V22FX, where X is the output voltage. The tab is M5. The screw mounts for the buck converter are M2. I intended the M2 screw to thread into the printed part. Either using an M2 or M2.5 should be suitable (the 2 is a bit loose, 2.5 would be better). I added four mount pads, though the part only has two - this adds flexibility - it will sit just fine. I am including the Fusion 360 design file. Assuming it imports, I'm still getting used to it. Ask if you want other formats. The main difference between v3 and v4 is the standoffs. V3 has four pins, while v4 has only two with the pins facing down. Your decision which one to use - with all four, it's more flexible; however, the solder of the pins will cause the PCB to bump up against the standoff. Both are acceptable for me. Uploaded v6. Added a cut for the pin connectors and tweaked fillets.
