Mount Plate for Makita DC18RC Battery Charger

This is a mounting plate designed specifically for attaching a Makita DC18RC battery charger to a wall on a permanent basis. Four M5 x 16mm pan-head machine screws are used to secure the plate firmly to the charger. To accomplish this, drill a hole through each of the four rubber plugs located at the bottom of the charger. Next, drive the M5 screws into the hole in each rubber plug by applying firm pressure while tightening the screw. The friction between the rubber plug and the inner wall of its pocket holds both the plug and the screw securely in place. The plate is attached to the wall using four #8 wood screws or similar fasteners. A rectangular pattern with dimensions 160mm x 180mm defines the holes used for this attachment. Note that the charger's hole pattern does not perfectly align with a rectangle, as one of its holes lies slightly off-center relative to the others. The necessary files for this project, including a Solidworks file and other related documents, are available on GitHub at https://github.com/neiljackson1984/makita_dc18rc_charger_mount_plate . A pdf document containing the dimensions of the hole patterns is attached.
