Mount Jefferson constructed using both 3 and 1 arc second resolution SRTM data from the Space Shuttle (0.5 million facets for 3 arc second MountJefferson.stl and about 1.4 million facets for the 1 arc second MountJefferson_1arc.stl). The 1 arc second map was created using a new and, as yet, unreleased version of SRTM2STL. The source code for creating files at 3 arcsecond resolution is available up on github under the GNU license. Go to github and search for SRTM2STL. Instructions You may want to print this to be relatively small. I get warping using PLA on my Makerbot 2 and it gets bad when I try to print Raised Relief Maps that are big. I get much better results using the heated bed of my Lulzbot Taz 5.
