Mount for WellFan - Mean Well LRS-350-24 ultra silent PSU mod for Ender 3

This mount is specifically designed for those who have printed the Ender 3 WellFan made by @OderWat and are equipped with a dual Z axis setup. If you're among those using dual z steppers, a minor modification to the part will be necessary. The tolerances on this design are quite tight, but fortunately I didn't need to rely on screws to secure the part in place. To help others take the design even further, I've included the Fusion 360 file. On July 18th, a new version of the mount was uploaded, with the frame mounting bolts removed.
