Mount two 40mm fans on any open mounting system for your electronics, suitable for a Mendelmax. The fan holder flips up for easy access to the board. Assemble the holder using 5mm bolts and nuts; attach fans with 3mm bolts. If you have long cables, feed them through the hollow section for neatness.
