Just a quick remix of willie42's model, made to accept my USB extension cable so that I can take the dongle out without having to disconnect the cable.Two versions: with and without screw hole (I used double adhesive tape, so I did not need the hole).Hope it can be useful to others too.20231023: added another version with an even wider slot to accomodate wider USB extension cables
