Print twice on top of each other. Use the original flathead screw and M5 nut that came with it, or get your own. I bought this at a local bike shop for an old bike. They didn't hand me any of the extra mount sets that were supposed to be included, probably because they expected I'd upgrade to a new bike with a bigger fork. That's exactly what happened - my new bike has a more substantial front end and I copied the original design. The updated version no longer requires any supports.
