Mount for Precision Piezo Univeral PCB v2
thingiverse
Here's a simple block to mount the universal pcb from Precision Piezo to DJDemonD's Piezo20 hotend mount. It has two countersunk holes for mounting the block to the Piezo20 dome part and then two holes for the Universal PCB. One version of this block has 3.9mm holes for M3 heatset inserts, while another version has 2.5mm holes that can be drilled and tapped for M3 or used with small sheet metal screws. DJDemonD's design is a great success, but it lacks a way to mount the universal pcb. As a result, every time I tried to use it, the delicate piezo wires would break after no time at all. I assembled and reassembled like 10 times before realizing that I could create a quick adaptor in Fusion360. I may be a little slow, but I eventually get there with a smile on my face.
