Mount for Pi Zero on Adafruit 3,5" TFT Touch Display
thingiverse
Here's a simple mount or brace designed specifically for attaching a Pi Zero to the back of Adafruit's 3.5" TFT display. As you can see in the images, this design utilizes M2.5 screws to secure the screen itself, while slightly larger screws are used to hold the board firmly in place - a clever touch that adds to its overall sturdiness. When mounted, this Pi Zero mount provides an extremely stable base, but it does come with one significant caveat: some of the surrounding area around the CPU will be obscured. This is bound to impact heat dissipation, and if you plan on pushing your Pi hard, you may find that a heatsink or fan becomes essential. Before printing out this design, keep in mind that the screw holes will need to be drilled out using a 2.5mm drill bit - a small but crucial step that's easy enough to overlook if you're not paying attention.
