Summary I designed a spring caliper filament addition to mount above my titan extruder, which is already secured with this mount, and it fits perfectly! To assemble it, you'll need a 25-30mm length of bowden tubing to connect the bottom of the calipers to the titan. Two M3 bolts or screws will secure the assembly, while longer M5 screws may be required for the mount into the 2040 extruded aluminum. Print Settings Printer: Anet A2 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 50-70% Notes: To achieve a smooth finish, print the part in its shared orientation, with the completed side facing up. I used Cura's Support Interface to get an exceptional finish on the backside, even though it was primarily printed over supports. The slight underextrusion might have contributed to this outcome, but either way, I'm impressed by the result, especially since it was my first time using that option.
