Mount for Blaupunkt Motopilot 43

I bought a Motopilot for my motorcycle, which uses TomTom maps and I wanted to use it in the car as well, but there is no car mount from Blaupunkt for it! So I looked in my junk box and found this swan neck mount with suction cup. Then I designed a bracket that just clips on. There's also a blank version available if you want to remix it for a ram mount or air vent adapter. For a good fit, glue a bit of cloth on the bottom inside - I used a part of the soft side of a hook-and-pile strip. Within my first test, I realized that the sound of the Motopilot is too low in a louder car. The speaker is located on the rear side of the navi, so I designed an enhancement that reflects the sound to the front. This way it amplifies the spoken words a bit. You can print each part separately and then glue them together. Or you can print both as one piece - but be aware that you'll need support in this case. I've added several versions: motopilot.stl - the bracket with a slot for "my" swan neck/suction cup motopilot_blank.stl - for remixing (ram mount, air vent adapter, etc.) speaker.stl - sound enhancement motopilot_with_speaker.stl - the bracket with a slot for "my" swan neck/suction cup + speaker as one part motopilot_blank_with_speaker.stl - for remixing + speaker as one part motopilot5_with_speaker.FCStd - FreeCad file Important: Use ABS because it can get very hot behind the windshield of a car in summer.
