Mount for BIQU TFT 3.5" v3.0 Display
thingiverse
Ever since upgrading to the SKR 1.3 controller board, my Mini MKS12864 display would consistently fade after a while. When BIQU unveiled their new display with 12864 display emulation, I knew it was the perfect solution. Fortunately, it's working flawlessly so far. This mount is designed to fit snugly in the lower electronics compartment of my CR-10 all-in-one setup. The mounting tabs are spaced 60mm apart, allowing for a secure and customizable installation. To accommodate different setups, I've included step files that can be easily adapted to suit your needs. For those using the same configuration as me, I've also provided new front panels. However, keep in mind that these panels need to be resized due to the wider dimensions of this controller panel compared to the Mini MKS12864 one. To achieve the signature mesh look, I recommend printing with zero top or bottom layers and six perimeters. Using PrusaSlicer set to 20% honeycomb infill and adjusting the infill angle to 0 degrees will yield excellent results. For optimal prints, orient your model as provided, eliminating the need for any supports.
