When I got my front fork replaced, I lost the mount for my fender. An accessory mount would cost 2/3 of the whole fender, so I decided to make one myself. The mount works by inserting the cylinder up into the cavity of the fork and tightening the bolt, which causes the cone to spread the arms of the cylinder and become lodged by friction in the cavity. The bolt also holds the flat piece onto which the fender slides and locks with teeth. Only supports are needed for the 'mount' (flat) piece. The orientation on the print bed for the three pieces is as shown in the files, specifically printing the 'mount' was best when placed on its end. The bolt is 4mm diameter, 35mm long; longer would work too. A washer with a diameter of 10mm and a nut with a diameter of 8mm are also needed. If you need to buy the bolt, washer, and nut, maybe print the parts first and take them with you to the store. Or buy them first and resize the parts in OpenSCAD to fit what you bought. The cylinder that fits inside the front fork is 20mm diameter; your front fork may require a different diameter. If so, you need to reprogram the model using OpenSCAD. The .scad files are included here. I'm willing to answer questions or fix issues people find with the parts - just post a comment. Update: I found that the nut end of the spreader was weak and had cracked, so I made the cone wider at that end to strengthen it; the files have been updated.
