Simple and accessible mount designed specifically for 12mm inductive sensors. Offsets from extruder settings include: CHIMERA OFFSETS: X_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER set to 9 Y_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER adjusted to -30 E3D V6 OFFSETS: X_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER set to 5 Y_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER adjusted to -38 Tested successfully with E3D V6 and Volcano, edit offsets for the specific hotend in use. Note: Z Offset depends on sensor model and installation height. The sensor also benefits from cooling by fan intake during operation. Original fan screws from Chimera kit are recommended. Additionally, this design can be used with my Chimera Carriage for Prusa i3 Rework, available on Thingiverse at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:661185.
