Mount Cooroora
thingiverse
Mount Cooroora stands tall in the heart of Pomona, a charming town nestled within the Sunshine Coast Region of Queensland, Australia. This majestic peak rises 439 metres high as an intrusive volcanic plug, its rugged form a testament to nature's raw power. Climbers who tackle the 1.2km track, spanning 290 meters of climbing, are rewarded with breathtaking views of South East Queensland and the Wide Bay Burnett regions in all their glory. The Hendrix Mount Cooroora Endurance Challenge is an exhilarating event that pushes participants to their limits as they repeatedly ascend and descend Mount Cooroora over a period of four or eight hours. This grueling test of endurance is now in its third year, with all proceeds going directly towards supporting children's health charities. A remarkable feat of dedication has been achieved by creating a scaled model trophy of Mount Cooroora to honour the participants who have raised vital funds for these worthy causes. The sheer scale and complexity of this model are a testament to the creator's expertise and time devoted to this project.
