This camera case can be paired with [Articulating Raspberry Pi Camera Mount for Prusa MK3 and MK2](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3114849) by [sneaks](https://www.thingiverse.com/sneaks/about). If you're interested in setting up a webcam on your 3D Printer, check out this great design that worked flawlessly for me. ### Components Used: - [IR Camera for Raspberry pi](https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32820804845.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.3d9c4dSzs48l) - [2020 Extrusion mount](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3114849/files) (2020_standard.STL) by [sneaks](https://www.thingiverse.com/sneaks/about) - Two M2.5*10 screws - Four camera-provided screws (approximate dimensions: d=1.95mm, dk=3.6mm, L=5mm, k=1.1mm) ### Assembly: 1. Connect the ribbon cable to the camera module before assembling anything else. 2. Pull the ribbon cable through the slot in the case. 3. Align the camera module with the screw holes on the case. 4. Place the lights directly on top of the module. 5. Secure the parts to the case using the four screws provided with the camera, but be aware that they might need to be tightened harder than you think. If not tight enough, the camera board and light board won't make good contact, resulting in non-functional lights. 6. Connect the camera to Raspberry Pi and test if both the camera and lights are working properly. If the lights aren't functioning, try adjusting the light threshold with the potentiometer or tightening the screws from step 5. 7. Snap-fit the case cover into place. 8. Assemble the case using Two M2.5*10 screws with the 2020 Extrusion mount. ### Update On September 16, 2020, I added files with larger IR light holes, including a 19mm diameter hole (indicated by '19' at the end of the file name). This version fits snugly, but other variants might require different dimensions. Happy Printing! Let me know how it turns out. Any suggestions or questions are welcome!
