This design also allows the module to slide effortlessly over top plate standoffs on the RMRC Goby 210, and possibly other similar models as well. The Goby's narrow fuselage requires standoffs that are precisely 0.75 inches or 19mm apart from each other. The inspiration behind this design came from a painful experience of losing another buzzer due to excessive movement while being held together by nothing more than zip ties, which ultimately led to its demise.
