To enable Swytch e-bike Universal Kit battery mount to be fitted on Moulton F-Frame bicycle with low-fix front rack. Allows the battery pack to rest on the front rack and is fixed through the head-tube mounting bolt. By moving the battery pack off the handle bar, lowering the centre of gravity, and avoiding the battery moving with the steering handling is improved.
