Designed with Fusion 360. Printed with LulzBot Taz6. ABS Filament 100% Infill These knobs are custom-made for the Motorola XTS 1500 radio (PRC 153) to replace broken factory knobs. A volume knob is designed as a press fit over the metal stud remaining after removing the old knob. Leave the orange rubber seal intact, but remove the metal clip on the stud if it still exists once the old knob is removed. The knob should be printed without support and with the open cavity facing down. The channel selector knob is also a press fit design. It presses onto the clear plastic body of the original channel knob. No need to remove the entire knob, simply split the remaining rubber vertically along its long axis with a knife and discard it, then press the new one on. Print the knob without support and with the open cavity facing up. These knobs have not been tested on any radio other than the ones shown. Good luck is wished for those using these knobs. Enjoy the process of installation.
