Motorola Trunnion Bracket - remixed
thingiverse
This is a remix of the GM bracket by OK1TZL. I have added additional triangular supports. I have left room if you want to inscribe radio names in the bracket. I had a friend that need to know what depart the radio was for. This has been tested on Radius M10 and Maxtrac mobile radios. I have left the 119mm Spacing on the deck mounting holes.I am not sure if they are the same spacing on the original Motorola trunnion bracket or not. I also added a 24-point brake feature that mates part on the radio. This should prevent the radio from pivoting overtime with vibration. I also added that as a separate model for other to use their own mounting projects. I suggest printing this on the side to put the layers perpendicular to the later load. These radios us M5 bolts in the mounting holes. I have used these M5 thumbscrews https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08YY81DX8/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
