I just got done replacing my Motorola Micro Tac Elite's top antenna, which my kid accidentally snapped off. Before starting the replacement process, I carefully took some measurements to ensure a precise fit. With the dimensions in hand, I printed out a new one and successfully swapped it with the damaged part. Now my device looks like brand new again!
