Here is the text: This Razr HD is a form-fitting challenge, demanding print accuracy of 0.015" or more. Failing to meet this requirement will necessitate reworking with a file. In my case, I struggled to match the groove patterns initially printed, prompting a modification of the model. Eventually, I settled for a quick fix: hot-gluing the two parts together. UPDATE: The model has undergone a second revision, with an emphasis on improved snap-fit design. To this end, tabs were added to the upper section and corresponding slots installed in the lower portion. Now, these components neatly align without the need for glue or other reinforcement. UPDATE 2: To address scale inconsistencies encountered during the build process, I have uploaded STL files designed for an inch-based system as well as the native SketchUp file. Assembly requires attention to detail, but yields a precise fit every time: • The final assembly comprises two components, best described as a "shell". • Set the 3D printer's layer height at 0.15mm. • Ensure infill density remains consistent with this level of accuracy – I recommend setting it to 25%. • ABS material from RadioShack should yield acceptable results when printing in their specified Grey hue
