Screw holes are slightly larger for better fit. A 4mm plate thickness, 3mm screw head depth, and 1mm of base allow the screw to hold securely. The screw holes in this version are slightly bigger than those in the 5mm STL file and will accommodate a small piercing sheet metal screw. - 6141 Mount 5mm Base Depth.stl: This design has a thicker base and screw holes modified to fit a small sheet metal screw instead of a beveled screw. A 5mm plate thickness, 3mm screw head depth, and 2mm of base provide the necessary room for the screw to hold firmly.
