Motorola APX6000 Cradle

Our Fire Service has been issued with Motorola APX6000 Portable Radios, But Unfortunately No Mount to Secure Them in Our Trucks. This Design consists of a cavity designed to fit the Radio and a variety of mounts around it, including a basic Cradle and a Cradle that fits into a Cup Holder. I also Designed a Cradle for two radios and two spare Batteries that Fits in an Isuzu NPS Center Console but Can be Customized for other vehicles. Update: I Modified the Console Cradle to reduce Warping when Printing with ABS, making it better, but Bed Adhesion must be excellent or it will Lift. Original warping Forces were so strong that they caused Delamination of my Ninja Plate. Print Settings include: * Rafts - Not Required * Supports - Can't Miss this one * Infill - 50% + always * Notes - For Hot Trunk and Locker use ABS with lots of Strength and Bottom Layers. How I Designed This was by using OpenSCAD to Measure a real radio. I made the cavity Separate from the mount design so it's Easy to Differ. The cup Holder has Examples. There are Two Cavity types: * Basic Cavity for the radio Facing one Direction * Universal uniCavity Accepting Radios in any direction
