Here is my version of a worn gearbox. The gear ratio is 1:54. To create this, I used a RS-555 DC 12V motor, some M3x8, M4x16, M8x30 screws. 2x 608 bearings A small brass tube ØOD 5mm ØID 4 mm, 8 mm long. Assembly: 1. Print the parts. 2. Insert the bearings into the large gear. 3. Insert the brass tube into the base part. 4. Place the small gear in position and secure it with an M4 screw through the brass tube. 5. Slide in the motor and secure it with 2 screws. 6. Place the big gear in place and secure it with an M8 screw. 7. Connect the wires and close the cap with 2 screws. 8. Power up the motor. It is recommended to use some lubricant on the gears to make it run better and quieter. Enjoy!
