Motorized timelapse camera slider
thingiverse
I designed a motorized camera slider that lets users perform simple camera movements and capture timelapse videos with ease once built. My goal was to create a user-friendly and versatile slider, which is why I chose to incorporate a touchscreen into its design. The slider is powered by a NEMA17 motor on an igus slide guide equipped with igus bearings for smooth movement. For more details, please refer to the documentation file in the files section, available in both English and German. Check out these videos to see the slider in action: https://youtu.be/_VN8vJBc4wg https://youtu.be/pApbyJkp47c I used this motor mount design: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2073446 Here are the print settings I employed: Printer: Anet A8 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.28 Infill: 20% Notes: Some parts may require support, but most will work without it.
