Motorized Popup Organizefusion This is my entry for the Autodesk Fusion 360 Challenge. My design concept was born from a motorized popup screen idea. T8 brass nut – 1pc. 6.3mmØx8mmØ motor coupling – 1pc. Nema23 stepper motor – 1pc. Drawer Slide 300mm length full extension (Hettich part no. 9080483) – 1set Metal Table legs (IKEA) – 4pcs. Metal angle brackets 50x50mm – 4pcs. Assorted screws Glue Electronic parts Microcontroller (Arduino) – 1pc. Stepper driver – 1pc. Tack switches – 2pcs. Limit switches – 2pcs. Wires Power supply 12volts (2amps min.) – 1unit Optional parts LED light strips (600mm length) Relay to control the LED Power socket Assembly instruction: 1. Laser cut or CNC router all the .dxf files for the wood parts. 2. 3D print all the .stl files. 3. Assemble the wooden compartment and fix with wood screws (just like jigsaw puzzle). 4. Assemble the wooden drawer and fix with wood screws (just like jigsaw puzzle). 5. Glue the 3d printed HexTray to the wooden drawer 6. Assemble the table top and metal legs. 7. Fix the wooden compartment with metal angle bracket under the table top. 8. Screw the Drawer slides inside the wooden compartment both sides. 9. Fix the stepper motor and coupling inside the compartment. 10. Screw the 3D printed Nut Housing Bracket to the bottom of wooden drawer along with the T8 brass nut and screw in the T8 Lead screw. 11. Insert the wooden drawer to wooden compartment, carefully align the drawer face to have 3mm gap all around the table top, the lead screw must align to motor coupling and mark the other side of drawer slide and screw the other side of drawer slide to the wooden drawer. 12. Check and adjust for smooth running of the wooden drawer and alignment of lead screw. Complete instruction will be posted to my Instructables account. https://youtu.be/UjVlwSZR4yc
