Electric motor for powering the High Bypass engine Nacelle. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4193487 This motor system is fully self-contained within the nozzle cone, a compact design that includes a push-on/push-off button at the tip of the nozzle. Running on 8 AAA cells, it spins at 72 RPM with a full load of 120 mA, providing approximately 8 hours of runtime from high-quality batteries. To ensure optimal performance, the bearings must be thoroughly cleaned and relubricated with light oil to allow for smooth rotation. The engine model should spin freely without any hindrance. Although this motor delivers significant torque, tight spots or sluggish bearings can drastically reduce battery life and potentially lead to premature wear on the gear-motor. Adapters are included to seamlessly integrate this motor into the original nacelle design. However, updates have been made to simplify integration with the motor without needing adapters. Molex connectors were chosen for their versatility; they can be easily substituted with other types and brands if desired. Alternatively, wiring can be run directly without connectors for a more streamlined setup. This electric motor arrangement is specifically designed for use with remixed versions of the nozzle stator and nozzle plug, and will not work with the original 3D Printable Jet Engine by Chris Shakil.
