motorized Christmas deer control arm

I've got a couple of those Christmas deer figurines with the moving head that I'm really excited about. Both of them had their control arm break, so I took it upon myself to design a new one from scratch. Now, I'm torn between using PLA, PETG, or ABS as my material of choice - each one has its own unique properties and I want to see which one will hold up the best in the long run.
