The first prototype features a cog wheel from Zemismart's blind motor, which interacts with roller shades that boast beads spaced closely together. The kit includes three cogs: one small space, one large space, and one rope cog, making it the initial successful assembly. This version is compatible with a 12-volt motor and a Drzz motorized roller shade ESPHome sketch, paired with a D1 Mini. To accommodate the motor's tight shaft fit, I expanded the hole by 0.1mm. The entire assembly is held together with a 3mm bolt and nut, and it would be beneficial to apply some super glue to the dowels to secure them firmly in place.
