Motorgear Hustle Scooter Handle Bar

Replacement handle bar for the motogear hustle. The pattern matches that used on handlebars supplied with the scooter. As this is a load bearing part, suggest it be printed with at least 6 edges, 50% infill and a thicc layers. Print the handle bar as pictured (slight angle). Don't be tempted to print vertically as the print will snap along layer lines the moment you put any weight on it. Horizontally is fine .. just the finish isn't as nice on the underside. There is a hollow core down the length of the handle for the (optional) insertion of a metal rod, might need to adjust this in blender to fit whatever you have on hand. I didn't find it strictly necessary. To fit to the scooter, press firmly and screw into the threads on the scooter, they will cut into the print and hold it very firmly in place. PLA is fine and will result in a very strong print. ABS might bend over time. Made in blender (blend file included).
