I printed this model with PETG material, mixed with 20% carbon fiber for added strength and durability. The print settings were carefully calibrated to optimize the results. The printer used was a high-end Renkforce RF1000, known for its precision and speed. To ensure a smooth start to the printing process, I opted out of using rafts, which can sometimes interfere with the model's adhesion to the build plate. I also enabled supports, which are critical in maintaining the structural integrity of overhanging features and delicate details. The resolution was set at 0.3 millimeters, a common choice for achieving a balance between detail and print time. Finally, I chose an infill density of 17%, which provides an optimal blend of weight, strength, and reduced material usage.
