I use four high-quality 608ZZ bearings. Four bolts fit through the bearing hole, no nuts required. For securing cones to the rod, I utilize four M4 bolts. Two types of cones are available: one with an 8mm diameter and another with a 12mm diameter. The 12mm cone is designed as a 3/8 socket extension, while the 8mm cone can be attached to either a smooth or threaded rod from a 3D printer. I highly recommend using a smooth rod for optimal performance.
