I designed this tire chock for my brother. His V-Rod has a 4 3/4" wide front tire and a 7" wide rear tire, and this works well for both. It should work for tire widths from 4 1/2" to nearly 10". The slots in the side plates are for strapping around the tire (through the spokes), and the holes in the stabilizer arms are for strapping to the handlebars.
