Summary Create your own pair of rotor disk covers for any bike with 60 mm diameter fork legs, regardless of brand - I designed mine for Jap bikes like Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki or Suzuki. The right version is provided; simply mirror it to get the left one. For safety reasons, print in an industrial way to achieve sufficient stiffness for safe use. Carefully review the printing settings below. Print Settings Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.4 Infill: 30% Notes: Important Notice: These covers are shared with expert Makers only. Do not attempt to print them on a common desktop machine with a 0.4 nozzle, as you risk damaging your bike or yourself. Instead, use a 0.8 nozzle and strong materials like ABS, ABS PRO, HIPS, or similar. Avoid using PLA at all costs. To ensure safe installation and usage for thousands of miles, follow these guidelines: Use a big nozzle with ABS or professional material to achieve the desired stiffness. Mount them safely using stainless steel bolts. Secure them tightly with 5 or 6 mm large cable ties. Optional: Apply double-sided industrial adhesive tape on the back side to prevent turning. My covers have completed 2,000 km without any issues.
