Motorcycle Portable Tire Changing Tool

This model features interchangeable parts to either remove or install the tire (only the tools to remove is present in the representation). These parts are represented in red! The model is designed to be tight on the hub, and the force required to rotate the tool will simultaneously tighten the nut in the axle. Although there is a lever, it is suported by a pivot (the green piece) ensuring ease of use. Also the supports closer to the axle have stopping walls, making sure no one will ever trap their fingers. These suports, along with the pivot strenghten the structure and provide a handle to operate the rotating arm. A handle similar to the one already found - but placed in the oposite side of the lever - may be provided to reduce the force needed to remove the tire. The green piece (pivot), will go brushing the rim, therefore a changeable plastic coat is needed to prevent risking the rim. This tool is usable in a large nunmebr of sizes, because the bottom lever's tip (although not present in this drawing) is movable, and the top lever uses the angle between the axle and itself to provide greater or smaller diameter. The design will need refinement if choosen, but's a hell of a great design featuring a lot of measures to prevent mistakes. Weight will vary between 2-3kg, depending on the dimensioning of some parts, namely the movable tip for the bottom lever and the green piece pivot. Also it can be strored in a 25cm*10cm*7cm case.
