Motorcycle Handlebar Riser, 40mm Height, Fits 28mm Diameter Pipe. I created this design specifically for my Geon Scrambler 250cc and it's been working great for about a month now. To ensure timely delivery, I've already ordered aluminum from Aliexpress, but their shipping speed is slower than expected. Initially, I was concerned that the ABS plastic might not provide enough rigidity to securely lock the handlebar in place. However, my worries were unfounded - ABS plastic performs remarkably well, and I haven't experienced any issues. It's worth noting that I made a few improvements to the design. A central hole is included to enhance structural integrity during 3D printing. This feature helps maintain hardness by sealing off the top and bottom of the model. The design also features removable walls on both sides, which are intended for 3D printing optimization purposes only. Simply cut them out before using the riser. Please be aware that the image appears upside down due to its orientation during 3D printing. If you need a similar product for a different diameter pipe, feel free to request it.
